Introductory sessions for adults who have held a racket before but need to learn or remember how to swing it. Learn to rally, score and serve in a progressive and encouraging environment, alongside similar level players. Not only will you develop new skills, confidence and fitness but you will discover why the fun, social elements of tennis make it the most popular lifelong sport in the world.
