An hour of yoga that will build strength, help you to relax and increase mobility in your body. We’ll explore flexibility and strength as well as focusing on the breath and playing with balance. Suitable for all levels this class will always be taught with options and is a space to come and explore how you and your body are feeling on that day. The session will take place inside the cafe.
