General provisions
- This policy applies to all personal data processed by Courtside Hubs CIC
- This policy shall be reviewed annually
Lawful, fair and transparent possession of data
- All data processed by Courtside Hubs CIC is done on one of the following lawful bases: consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interests, public task or legitimate interest (See ICO guidance for more information)
- Where consent is relied upon as a lawful basis for processing data, evidence of opt-in consent shall be kept with the personal data
- Where communications are sent to individuals based on their consent, the option for the individual to revoke their consent should be clearly available and systems should be in place to ensure such revocation is reflected accurately in our systems
Accurate data
- We shall take reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate. This shall involve double checking with an individual via any phone-call communication that the data we have is accurate. We will then change/update data if required
- Where necessary for the lawful basis on which data is processed, steps shall be put in place to ensure that personal data is kept up to date
Security
- We ensure that access to personal data is limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security is in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information
- When personal data is deleted, it is done so such that the data is irrecoverable

Information we collect about you
- We may collect and process the following information about you:
- Information that you provide through filling in forms on any of our websites. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material, entering a competition or promotion, or requesting further service. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them
- Information that we ask from you over any telephone communications with our office
- Details of transactions you carry out such as court booking, tennis coaching or camp purchasing, whether through our site or otherwise and the fulfilment of your order. This may include ongoing account management

- Other information you provide to us, for example when providing us with comments/testimonials about our services. Though, we will ensure that your permission is granted if personal details are published as part of our marketing campaigns
- Information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual
- If you attend one of our events, we might photograph or video you (please review our Photography Policy)
Our purposes for collecting this information
- To provide services to you
- To provide you with information, products or services that you request form us or which we feel may interest you
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when/if you choose to do so
- To notify you about changes to our service
- To provide you with information about upcoming events

- If Courtside or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by Courtside will be one of the transferred assets

This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction
- Your data may be shared with venues owned or operated by or on behalf of Courtside. Where we organise an event or provide facilities in conjunction with third parties, for example local authorities, sports governing bodies, clubs or schools, we may provide your personal data to the relevant third party so that they can send you information which may be of interest to you. Where we store your information
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or the severs of our service providers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted, using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask that you do not share a password with anyone.
