Our combined Orange & Green sessions are a great way to transition from one ball colour to another. These groups allow friends and family members to play together while hitting the ball that is most appropriate to them. Make sure you keep your eyes open those orange balls bounce a lot lower than the green ones!
Introductory sessions for adults who have held a racket before but need to learn or remember how to swing it. Learn to rally, score and serve in a progressive and encouraging environment, alongside similar level players. Not only will you develop new skills, confidence and fitness but you will discover why the fun, social elements of tennis make it the most popular lifelong sport in the world. If you have never played before, please check out our intro to tennis course.
