Introductory sessions for adults who have held a racket before but need to learn or remember how to swing it. Learn to rally, score and serve in a progressive and encouraging environment, alongside similar level players. Not only will you develop new skills, confidence and fitness but you will discover why the fun, social elements of tennis make it the most popular lifelong sport in the world. If you have never played before, please check out our intro to tennis course.
For players who have a solid understanding of the game and a basic range of skills, that enable you to play a match. These sessions are more demanding both physically and tactically than beginners sessions. As your range of skills and ball control continue to improve, you’ll give your opponents a run for their money as well as feeling more confident in your positioning and shot selection.
A morning of multi social activities led by one of our coaching team. We will be playing shuffleboard, golf and mini tennis in a friendly environment and all played at your own pace. This is a perfect session if you are looking to increase your activity levels and want to meet people from the local community.
The road to Wimbledon starts here! A fantastic introduction to tennis, these entry-level beginner sessions are both active and engaging as players learn essential tennis skills on a ‘mini’ court with smaller rackets and larger, softer red balls. A great way to make friends, have fun and learn how to rally, score and compete, all in a safe environment with fully-qualified coaches.
